1440 Hoyt is a redevelopment inspired by the industrial history of the Peal District. For this Class-A creative office property we worked with NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, as well as Meriwether Partners LLC to design a package of marketing materials that helped to highlight their vision and the architects renderings of the new open floor plans, high ceilings, exposed wood, steel and concrete, and natural light. We used these materials as accents in portions of the design and along with a more muted color palette.
The website is responsive to all device sizes, is designed in a vertical single-page style, and is built using WordPress as a content management system (CMS). This makes it easy for the leasing team to make updates to the site as the project progresses, and as more photos are taken. The floor plans are built into an interactive side-view rendering that can be changed out as leases take place, and the amenities map is an integrated Google map that’s been customized to highlight the area shops, restaurants and services, that can also be changed through the CMS as needed.
Photography for the project so far has included a variety of neighborhood/lifestyle scenes and various views from the perspective of the roof decks and upper floor office spaces.
The printed marketing materials we designed include a 9×12 presentation folder, a 4-page leasing brochure, and an 8.5×11 flyer template that can be modified to fit plans or text, and printed as needed.
