This Mixed-use property is one of PacTrust’s largest master-planned developments, and because it has multi-faceted needs, they wanted us to help create a new look for the whole property, and be able to carry it across all their marketing materials.
We created a branding package that included a new color palette, updated logo, colorized site plan, database-driven website, leasing office displays, brochures, and HTML emails. These all had their own look, but some elements also needed to follow a similar format as the corporate level PacTrust designs.
Similar to the Pactrust site, we designed the primary user experience and search functions of the website to be focused on leasing activities; but were also tasked to include the functions and usability for more of a shopping center and retail experience, for visitors, tenants and their employees to find local services quickly. The database content is all managed through their internal building management system which is updated daily by multiple administrative users. The site is responsive to all mobile devices, tablets, laptops and desktop computers. There is also a CMS for the news & events postings.
3 styles of marketing brochures were designed to coordinate with the website and created as Indesign & Illustrator templates they can fill-out and update internally. A color-coded site plan was created for use in the brochures, and a simplified version of this site plan was designed with large clickable areas to be used to search for building and space availability.
