Pacific NW Properties is a locally owned real estate investment company, with a focus on the development, acquisition and management of multi-tenant industrial parks and office buildings in the Portland Metropolitan area. We were contracted to help give their website a complete overhaul, and build it in a content management system (CMS) where they could maintain all content going forward, including a search feature for up-to-date leasing and availabilities. We planned out the complete user interface, as well as created custom administrative fields and functions inside the WordPress CMS to help manage all aspects of their portfolio.
As part of the process we also gave their logo a slight refresh, and updated the rest of their online branding with an updated color palette and font set.
Another big portion of the assignment was to update the photography of their complete portfolio of 30+ business parks and office buildings. We set aside time during the spring and summer months to get photos of each property during the best times of day, and planned out a few “hero shots” of their key properties at night or sunset. Interiors were taken of all the office properties, and we also captured photos of each team member at an outside setting for their team page.
