All Red Studio, Inc. photographic prints are custom made. Please allow three to four weeks for production and delivery of your art. We will notify you if your prints are delayed longer than six weeks. We use tracking systems and heavy packing materials to ensure your photographic prints arrive safely.
As part of the online store, we only offer domestic shipping on unframed photographic prints and other printed materials, subject to normal domestic shipping rates. Red Studio, Inc. reserves the right to not accept orders or ship to certain locations. If you are interested in placing an order that would require international shipping, please contact us and we can organize a custom shipment.
Shipping photographic art prints requires special handling and care. Please understand that the price includes packing and handling. We offer you the lowest shipping and handling charge we can in each case.
Photographic prints will be packaged and sent rolled in heavy duty art tubes.
Red Studio, Inc. covers in-transit insurance on all products we ship to you. For returns, the client must pay for shipping and insurance.
Shipping prices are calculated based on size and weight at the time of purchase. We ship products, excluding prints, Monday through Friday via FedEx. In stock products typically ship 48-72 hours from time of purchase. Shipping applies only to United States delivery addresses. Additional handling fees will apply for orders outside the US.
We can ship to various parts of the world and timing is dependent on location and logistics. Shipping can be done via DHL, USPS, FedEx and other private carriers. It is expensive and requires a detailed account from shipper as to what is included. We can make special arrangements for international shipping or we can work with you to make arrangements with your carrier of choice. Sometimes carriers don’t include required taxes, duties and tariffs. Red Studio, Inc. will not be responsible for any extra taxes, duties or fees that are imposed during transit or by customs.
If you received an order in error please contact our office immediately for assistance. If you wish to return your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. Red Studio, Inc. will issue refunds or store credit for products returned (less shipping and a 5% transaction fee) in the original packaging AND if received in sale-able condition.
If damage is not reported within 48 hours of delivery, damaged items will not be accepted for return or credit.
As soon as you receive the delivery, please inspect the packaging for visible damage and note any damages on the carriers’ delivery receipt.
Then, you must contact us by email at info@redstudio.net or by phone with a brief explanation of the damage. Please also attach photographs of the damaged (items) and the packing materials. Retain all packaging materials. Do not throw away anything. The carrier may request additional information for the insurance claim. Once all documentation has been received, it takes approximately two weeks for the shipping company to process the insurance claim. We will ship your replacement as soon as the carrier notifies us the insurance credit has been approved. All Red Studio, Inc. products are custom made and can take between three to four weeks for production and delivery.
Please recycle or reuse all packaging materials as responsibly as you can for your location.
